Kayla Wallace is a young Canadian actress who plays the ambitious, relentless, razor-sharp smart lawyer Rebecca Falcone brought in by the Oil & Gas company to resolve and problem solve the incident that wiped out a drilling crew. Kayla Wallace along with Paulina Chavez has been a real standout and highlight on the show, both really elevating the show and resonating with the audience, sparking an underlying rivalry which will be fascinating to watch develop with two well rounded and wonderfully written characters, they may have both come from different backgrounds but have far more in common in resilience, strength, heart and integrity.
Kayla was born in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She grew up with a passion for the arts and attended The Canadian College of Performing Arts after she graduated from high school. She developed a huge passion and love during her childhood for film and television, she was very involved in theatre, dance, singing and piano throughout her youth. Kayla Wallace’s professional debut was her role in Disney’s Descendants (2015). During the next decade she would go on to star in a variety of roles and projects including ABC’s The Good Doctor (2017), Undercover Cheerleader (2019), The Magicians (2020), NBC’s Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (2021), and Hallmark Channel’s When Calls The Heart (2019- 2024) and more. After establishing herself in Canadian Film & Television, it would not be until she was cast in Taylor Sheridan’s Oil and Gas drama ‘Landman’ as the sharp-witted and ambitious corporate liability lawyer Rebecca Falcone, a role which would gain her global recognition of her talents.
